Beer was a very important part of German culture and and by wearing a Bavarian Costume you’ll be letting everyone know how you have a love of lager. Most German breweries were located in Bavaria which gives you a little bit of expertise in your bartender field.

The first brewery on record was founded somewhere near Munich, Germany. Early brewing was actually done by monks and beer was given to lay workers as a portion of their pay. These were the days of heavy drinking as men in Bavaria would visit taverns in the early morning and drink before they even ate breakfast. Then these same men would return in the evening for some drinking games. So just who played the part of the bartender is those days? Sometimes it was the local royalty but often it was just the tavern owner who played host and hostess and would make sure that everyone would have a full stein of delicious German Beer!
